· Request2Call is a new feature in the ConnectNetwork App. This feature allows you to send a FREE notification to let your loved one know you’d like a phone call.
· Your loved one is notified that you are available to talk on your AdvancePay phone number.
· Simply select the inmate you wish to contact, check their status, and click the Request Call button to send a notification that you’d like a call back!
